1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Number Flow: Sequence Puzzle (hereinafter "the App", "we", or "the Service"). These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the App.

2. Service Description

Number Flow: Sequence Puzzle is a casual mobile puzzle game in which you connect numbers in sequence on a grid (or similar playfield), subject to the rules presented in the App. Features may include levels, scoring, hints, and customization options as we make them available.

• Core puzzle gameplay and progression
• Local saving of progress, scores, and preferences
• Optional enhancements or ad removal via in-app purchase, where offered

2.1 Versions

• Free version: May include advertisements
• Paid or premium options: May remove ads or unlock content, as described in the store listing

3. User Eligibility

The App is suitable for a general audience. If you are under 18, use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission where required by law. By using the App, you represent that:

• You meet any minimum age required by your platform (e.g. Apple ID terms)
• You have authority to enter into these Terms

4. License Grant

4.1 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control, per platform rules
• Use features you have lawfully unlocked (including purchases)

4.2 Restrictions

Unless allowed by law or by us in writing, you may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or licensing
• Use the App for cheating, automation that violates fair play, or to harm other users or our systems
• Commercially exploit the App beyond personal, non-commercial play

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple (or your app store provider)
• Prices and taxes follow the store in your region
• Entitlements apply as described at purchase time (e.g. non-consumable vs consumable)

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are governed by Apple (or your store). To request a refund, use the store's support flow.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, visuals, text, logos, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User Data

7.1 Your Progress

Progress and scores stored on your device are yours to use within the App. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Backup

We are not responsible for loss of local data if you delete the App, lose your device, or reset the device without backup. Use platform backup features if you need recovery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
• Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for the App in the prior 12 months or the minimum allowed by law

We may update the App, add or remove features, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

• Apple App Store for distribution and payments

Their terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for their practices beyond what law requires.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as required by mandatory consumer protections, without choosing a forum that deprives you of those protections.

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date will change. Material changes may be announced in the App or on this site. Continued use after updates means acceptance unless law says otherwise.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, subject to mandatory store terms (e.g. Apple).
