1. Introduction

Welcome to Number Flow: Sequence Puzzle (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). We take your privacy and the security of any information associated with your use of the App seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information, and what choices you have.

Before using the App, please read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide or That the App Stores for You

  • Game-related data: Progress such as levels completed, scores, streaks, and in-app preferences related to puzzles (e.g. difficulty or display options), stored locally on your device unless we explicitly offer cloud sync in a future version
  • Settings: Language, sound, haptics, and similar preferences you choose in the App

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information: Such as device model, operating system version, and app version (often aggregated or pseudonymous)
  • Usage and diagnostics: Anonymous or aggregated statistics such as session length, feature usage, and crash or error logs to improve stability
  • Advertising identifier: Where applicable, an anonymous advertising identifier (e.g. IDFA on iOS) may be used to show ads in a free version of the App

2.3 What We Do Not Aim to Collect

  • We do not require your real name, email, or phone number to play the core game
  • We do not use the App to collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or files
  • Payment details are handled by Apple (or your platform store), not stored by us

3. How We Use Information

We use information only for purposes such as:

  • Core gameplay: Saving progress, scores, and settings so the puzzle experience works as intended
  • Improvement: Understanding crashes and usage patterns to fix bugs and improve performance
  • Support: Diagnosing issues when you contact us (using information you voluntarily provide)
  • Ads (if offered): Showing ads in a free tier; you may be able to remove ads via in-app purchase where available

4. Information Storage

Game progress and preferences are primarily stored on your device. We use reasonable measures to protect data at rest where the platform allows. Some anonymous analytics or crash data may be processed on our or third-party infrastructure to operate and improve the App.

  • Retention: Local game data remains until you clear app data or uninstall the App, unless we describe a different practice in-app
  • Security: We use appropriate technical and organizational measures consistent with the nature of a casual puzzle app

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use services such as:

  • Google AdMob (or similar): For advertisements, if a version of the App includes ads
  • Apple App Store: For distribution and in-app purchases

Those providers may process data under their own policies, for example:

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a casual puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that identifies them. If you believe a child has provided identifiable information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
